Thesara Jayawardene is a name synonymous with the top Actress in Sri Lanka . Her resume is more than a mile long or several kilometers by Sri Lanka's metric reckoning encompassing a producer, tv presenter, model, dancer & actress. She won the Best Actress awards at OCIC/Signis tele award 2008 and the Best Supporting Actress Award in the State National Tele Drama Awards (Rajya Sammana Ulela) for her excellent role as Fathima in "East is Calling" (Nagenahira Weralen Asena).
